GenesisCare is looking for a compassionate, motivated and organised Patient Services Officer (Medical Receptionist) to join our supportive team at our Malvern clinic.
In this role, you will play a vital part in each patient’s cancer care journey as their first point of contact. This is a fast‑paced, varied position where priorities can shift quickly, so your ability to remain calm, efficient and empathetic is essential.

On offer is a part‑time position working 3 days per week.
Work efficiently in a fast‑paced administrative environment where patient experience is always the priority.
Act as the first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service both face‑to‑face and over the phone.
Adapt to a dynamic setting with frequent changes and competing priorities.
Book and confirm patient appointments and consultations.
Process billing and receipting at the time of appointment.
Complete accurate data entry and manage required documentation.
Support the smooth daily running of the clinic.
Collaborate closely with the wider team to maintain effective workflows.
Manage patient records and ensure timely filing of notes.
A demonstrated commitment to excellent patient care and customer service.
Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
A professional phone manner and the confidence to manage a high volume of enquiries.
Strong attention to detail and effective time‑management skills.
