As the Patient Safety Program Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the success of patient safety related quality improvement initiatives across a designated region in nursing homes.
This is a remote position and the ideal candidate lives in Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Montana, Missouri, Nebraska, Oregon, or Wyoming. However, Telligen will consider internal candidates in other states.
