Weekend Rotation: Every 3rd Weekend
General Job Duties
Continuous Patient Monitoring: Stay at the patient’s bedside, observe isolation precautions, monitor equipment, and promptly notify nursing staff of alarms or concerns.
Safety and Environment Management: Assist in calming or reorienting patients, remove hazards or broken equipment, and maintain a safe, alert working manner.
Communication and Documentation: Review care plans with the nurse at shift start and document observations according to hospital guidelines.
