We are currently seeking a Patient Recruitment Associate I to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Patient Recruitment Associate I at ICON, you will support the planning and execution of patient recruitment and retention activities for clinical trials. You will work with internal teams and sites to help drive awareness and interest among potential participants.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Supporting the implementation of patient recruitment strategies, tactics, and materials under the guidance of senior team members.
• Assisting with the coordination of site-level outreach activities, including tracking recruitment tools, materials, and local initiatives.
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and reports, ensuring data is accurate and up to date for study teams and stakeholders.
• Helping manage patient and site-facing communication channels, such as helplines, email, or digital platforms, in line with guidance.
• Collaborating with internal teams to gather information on recruitment performance and contribute to basic analysis of trends.
• Supporting documentation, filing, and quality checks for recruitment-related materials to maintain audit readiness.

Your Profile:

• Office based Warwickshire (hybrid: 3 days at he office)
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Initial experience in clinical research, patient services, marketing, or a customer-focused role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with a patient-centric and service-oriented mindset.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets, trackers, and standard office software.
• Willingness to learn about patient recruitment practices, clinical trials, and regulatory considerations.
