Are you passionate about helping others feel seen, heard, and cared for? Join our dedicated team as a Patient Liaison supporting our physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and cardiac rehab departments, where your empathy and attention to detail will make a real difference every single day.

What's Available:

  • 1.0 FTE (80 hours bi-weekly)

  • Shift: 8-hour shifts Monday - Friday between 7am - 5:30pm.

  • This position will have a home base in Whitehall, WI.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Exercise Physiologists to ensure smooth patient registration and scheduling.

  • Assist customers assuring accurate and complete registration, scheduling appointments, demographic information, insurance coverage, collecting payments and monitoring customer satisfaction.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone

What You’ll Need

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of experience in an office setting with customer service responsibilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
