What's Available:
1.0 FTE (80 hours bi-weekly)
Shift: 8-hour shifts Monday - Friday between 7am - 5:30pm.
This position will have a home base in Whitehall, WI.
What You’ll Do
Partner with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Exercise Physiologists to ensure smooth patient registration and scheduling.
Assist customers assuring accurate and complete registration, scheduling appointments, demographic information, insurance coverage, collecting payments and monitoring customer satisfaction.
Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone

What You’ll Need
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in an office setting with customer service responsibilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
