Join Our Team at Emplify by Gundersen Health System as a Patient Liaison - Boscobel (ER Registration)

Are you passionate about creating meaningful connections and delivering exceptional service? As a Patient Liaison at our Boscobel clinic, you’ll support ER registration and the switchboard, providing clear communication, wayfinding, and service‑oriented support to patients and visitors during some of their most important moment

What's Available:

• .6 FTE (48 hours bi-weekly)

• Every other weekend rotation: 12‑hour shifts

• Weekday shifts (8 hours): Working 2nd or 3rd shift between 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. (Shift differentials available!)

• Location: Boscobel, WI (home base) with travel to Muscoda and Fennimore, depending on clinic need.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with Clinicians, Nurses, and Medical Assistants to ensure smooth patient registration and scheduling

• Support ER registration, including gathering accurate patient information

• Operate the switchboard, routing calls and transfers efficiently

• Collect payments and verify information with accuracy and empathy

• Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• At least 1 year of experience in an office setting with customer service responsibilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
