About the role
- Deliver exceptional front-line customer service, engaging with patients and the public in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
- Take ownership of problem-solving and conflict resolution, using sound judgement to manage complex situations independently.
- Ensure accurate patient administration, including creating and updating MRNs, capturing billing details, and maintaining compliance with Medicare and hospital requirements.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, referrers and stakeholders, while ensuring seamless handovers across Registration, Bookings and rostered areas.
- Contribute to high-quality service delivery by managing multiple systems, preparing clear correspondence, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

- A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, able to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate appointments across a busy schedule.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, confidently juggling multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and targets.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow processes and ensure accuracy in all aspects of your work.
