State-of-the-art Spine Imaging Center run by Joint Ventures with Columbia and Weill Cornell.
Patient Access Supervisor – Spiral Center- Days
Come join a team that is providing additional services to enhance patient care. Lead a team of Patient Registrars in providing guidance in day-to-day operations, patient flow, communicating with insurances and streamlining registration processes.
This position generally works the day shift, Monday-Friday with rotating weekends and holidays.
Preferred Criteria
Previous supervisory experience
Strong Customer Service focus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to focus detailed, concentrated effort to multiple projects and re-establish priorities as necessary
Ability to effectively respond to time sensitive issues
Demonstrated ability to coordinate activity in a busy environment within the context of a large medical center and health care delivery system.
Required Criteria
Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience
1-3 years’ work experience

$74,000-$97,600/Annual
