Patient Access Supervisor- Contact Center - Full-Time - Days - 7th Avenue
 

As a Patient Access Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of Patient Access Specialists and oversee daily contact center operations. Reporting to the Patient Access Manager, you’ll provide real-time guidance, coaching, and support to ensure seamless patient experiences. Your role is critical in resolving complex cases and partnering with Specialists to guarantee patients receive the right care at the right time. You’ll also manage training, performance, and reporting to drive operational excellence.

Preferred Criteria

  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3–4 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to build credibility and collaborate across teams
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
