The PAM works in a highly visible, collaborative team environment to deliver exceptional customer service by listening to patients, interpreting their needs, and providing friendly, professional, well-informed responses. The PAM educates patients on the next steps required to gain access to therapy and supports ongoing compliance with therapy by managing relationships with patients and families, and by extension physicians, their staff, and cross-functional partners. Strong knowledge of access and reimbursement for buy-and-bill/infused pharmaceutical products is required, along with insight into the unique market landscape in Puerto Rico.
