Our Pathways of the Future Graduate Program produces professionals capable of meeting international challenges 🌍 in a wide range of Supply Chain matters. This program ⏳ consists of rotational assignments 🔄 in all our main departments combined with online 💻 and on-the-job training 🛠️, in operations, customer service, sales, and products departments.

To be successful in this role, we will offer you a wide range of learning 📖 and training opportunities and tools 🧰. As an example, you will:

  • Attend the global onboarding plan 🌐

  • Be assigned a buddy 👥 who will accompany you throughout the journey

  • Receive international exposure ✈️

  • Join cross-departmental, mission-based projects 🚀, building people-related and functional skills 💪

As part of our Pathways of the Future Graduate Program, you will:

  • Be responsible for diverse assignments in operations, commercial ops, and sales 📊, working with customers and global peers 🤝

  • Join a structured career development plan 📈 with coaching 🧑‍🏫, mentoring 🤝, and on-the-job learning

  • Attend a significant and customized supply-chain training curriculum 🎓

  • Network regionally and cross-functionally with peers in a fast-paced environment ⚡

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a strong interest in logistics, supply chain, and freight forwarding 🚛

  • Hold a higher education diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, International Relations, or equivalent 🎓 from an accredited university

  • Have a maximum of two years’ work experience post-degree ⏳

  • Be fluent in Czech and English (oral and written) 🗣️ with effective communication skills 📝. Additional Central South European languages are a plus 🌍 (Slovak, Hungarian, Croatian, Serbian, Greek, Italian)

  • Be legally entitled to work in the country you are applying to without sponsorship ✅
