Are you someone who loves helping people, staying organized, and being the friendly face others rely on? As a Patient Access Representative, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for children and their families during some of their most important moments. Your work ensures that every patient is registered accurately and compassionately — setting the stage for excellent care.
Welcome patients and families with warmth, professionalism, and empathy.
Gather and verify demographic and insurance information with accuracy and care.
Complete patient registrations following established guidelines.
Help prevent billing delays by ensuring clean, error‑free accounts.
Maintain fast, precise data entry in a busy, fast‑moving environment.
Collaborate with a supportive team while also working independently.
Adapt to weekend, holiday, and occasional shift/location changes.
Provide age‑appropriate service to the diverse patient population we serve.
High School Diploma, GED, or HSED.
At least 1 year of customer service experience — healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Comfort with computers, Microsoft Windows, and basic troubleshooting.
A calm, positive presence even on busy days.

This role follows a two‑week rotating schedule
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 3:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Friday, Saturday: 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 3:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.
