Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai, a Forbes 5-Star beachfront icon in UNESCO-listed Hoi An, seeks a passionate, creative Executive Pastry Chef to lead our pastry & bakery operation.

What you will do

  • Oversee full pastry production: plated desserts, afternoon tea, viennoiserie, chocolate work, bread, cakes for multiple outlets (fine dining, all-day dining, banquets, in-room, and events).

  • Develop innovative, seasonal menus aligned with concepts & Four Seasons luxury standards.

  • Manage and develop team members.

  • Ensure highest food safety, cost control, waste minimization.

  • Collaborate with Executive Chef on overall culinary vision.

What you bring

  • 5+ years as Executive/Sous Pastry Chef in 5-star luxury resorts/hotels

  • Strong expertise in classical, modern, international, highly detailed and large-scale pastry and bakery operations.

  • Proven leadership in high-volume, high-standard environments.

  • Fluent English; Vietnamese a plus but not required.

  • Passion for creativity, sustainability, local ingredients.
