This role sits within the Haleon Business Services (HBS) team. You’ll be joining a growing team that plays a critical role in helping Haleon become more agile and performance-focused, by simplifying our processes, leading digital enablement across the business and building capabilities for the future.

 

The Regulatory Affairs Intern will support compliance processes for product registrations and advertising approvals across the LATAM Export Cluster (LEC), contributing to key regulatory operations. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to global regulatory practices and work alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Give support on preparation and update of dossiers for new registrations, renewals, and post-registration changes.
  • Track regulatory submissions and maintain databases (Veeva, JDE).
  • Review and submit promotional materials for approval to health authorities.
  • Give support on responses of inquiries and documentation requests.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate SOPs, QMS policies, and local regulations.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Regulatory Affairs team.

 

Why you? Basic Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (final year).
  • Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations (preferred).
  • Intermediate English proficiency (Portuguese is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Organizational skills and time management capabilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
