As our PAS Operations Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining PAS Operations and the R1 PAS portal application. Each day, you will accurately extract and enter data from a variety of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems into the R1 PAS portal. You will demonstrate expert application knowledge and provide troubleshooting assistance to both internal and external end users. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between leadership, application users, and Information Systems. To thrive in this role, you should have previous experience in data entry or healthcare administration, preferably within a hospital setting. Flexibility to adapt to changing processes and software updates, along with strong attention to detail and effective time management, is essential to this role.
