Job Details:

Schedule: 3½ days per week, B Shift

  • Sunday to Tuesday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
  • Saturday: 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM

Summary:
This role is responsible for overseeing inventory control within the storeroom, including receiving, storing, and managing maintenance supplies and miscellaneous items. The position supports team members in the parts room to ensure accurate and timely completion of all tasks. Additional responsibilities include maintaining inventory records in the system, organizing parts in designated bins with established minimum and maximum levels, and managing storeroom operations in the absence of the Supervisor. Other duties may be assigned as needed to support operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience in maintenance or parts room preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency required, including Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees, management, and suppliers.
  • Special Skills: Ability to read, write, and perform basic math; capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to occasionally lift objects weighing 50 pounds or more.
  • Supervisory Responsibility: None
