What you will be doing

  • Responsible for planning and ordering parts to ensure optimal stock levels to meet customers’ requirements.  

  • Review shipment arrangement with suppliers

  • Conduct periodic review of planning strategy keeping in-line with sales growth, product life cycle and changing demands, through review and adjustments of planning parameters, safety stock level and planned delivery time to achieve inventory optimizations and high parts availability

  • Perform MRP to fulfill sales order requirements and anticipated demands

  • Monitor order and shipping notifications, reconcile supply discrepancies, verify vendors invoice and proactive backorder management

  • Provide monthly inventory forecast, planning and statistical data for Management

  • Create, maintain and update item master data in SAP MS5 system

  •  Annual/ Periodic update of spare parts purchasing price

  • Monitor and maintain service index KPI for Retail Inventory Management (RIM) system, analyze failures of RIM stocked parts and make improvements

  • Monitor and maintain customer order lead time (COLT) to HUB

  • advise lead time of parts to Sales team

  • regularly meet  with Sales team/ order management team/ service competence center team on spare parts availability and upcoming requirements

  • Review and analyze inventory level, monitor non-moving inventory

  • Initiate returns of non-moving parts to HUB

  • Initiate scrapping of non-moving spare partsWarranty claim is handled by Austin

Position Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business or Engineering or equivalent.

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Logistic & Supply Chain Management / Procurement.

  • Ability to use general office software and experience in using SAP.

  • Ability to communicate in English and Chinese (oral and written)

  • Self-initiative and able to work independently
