Parts Advisor-Outside Sales
Pay: Commission Based-Earning Potential of 40k-50k annually
Schedule: Mon-Fri and requires some overnight travel a few times per month.

GROWTH = OPPORTUNITY
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 1–3 years of experience in automotive parts or service departments, preferably in a dealership setting.
- Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced dealership
- Strong understanding of automotive parts, vehicle systems, and manufacturer parts catalogs (especially Chevrolet)
- ASE Parts Specialist certification is a plus
- CDK experience is preferred
- Ability to navigate technology with ease
- Confident in upselling or suggesting related parts or accessories
- Able to manage inventory, track orders, and ensure the accuracy of parts fulfillment
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills with both internal (technicians, service advisors) and external (retail and wholesale customers) stakeholders.
- Available for overnight travel a couple times per month as needed
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
Parts Outside Sales Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers and vendors via phone, in-person or email.
- Maintain clean and professional appearance of counter, work area and stockroom.
- Order parts, create invoices in ADP.
- Receive, unpack and store automotive parts.
- Receive payment or obtain credit authorization.
- Process core returns, parts warranties and parts returns.
