Capital GMC Buick Inc./DBA Capital GMC Buick EdmontonCapital GMC Buick in Edmonton is currently seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Temporary Parts Consultant for a 6–12 month term, with the potential for permanent employment based on business needs and performance.
As a Parts Consultant, you will play an important role in our dealership’s success by delivering exceptional customer service and expert support in automotive parts. You will work closely with customers, technicians, and internal departments to identify and source the right parts for a wide range of vehicle makes and models.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner
Provide expert advice on automotive parts and accessories
Process parts inquiries and orders accurately and efficiently
Utilize automotive parts knowledge to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
Source and order parts from suppliers as required
Maintain accurate inventory records and support optimal stock levels
Work collaboratively with service advisors, technicians, and other departments to support efficient operations
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate parts orders and deliveries
Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficient computer skills for order processing and inventory management
