About the role:
The Parts Associate will support parts and materials flow in our Mississauga reconditioning facility. You’ll be responsible for managing inventory, organizing parts, and ensuring production has what it needs when it needs it.
What you’ll do:
Quote, order, receive, organize, and store incoming parts and materials in designated storage areas
Track inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to ensure parts are available when needed (measured by inventory accuracy and stock availability)
Deliver parts and materials to production areas or other locations as required
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing parts using inventory management systems
Verify part numbers, quantities, and quality against purchase orders or production needs
Follow all workplace safety procedures, including safe lifting techniques
Ensure proper storage of materials, including hazardous items, according to safety guidelines
Work with production teams, warehouse staff, and supervisors to address parts shortages or urgent requests
Report inventory discrepancies, damaged parts, incorrect parts, or other supply issues promptly
Assist with organizing and keeping storage areas clean and efficient
What we’re looking for:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of a G2 Driver’s License (valid in Ontario)
Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions
Clean criminal background check
Legally authorized to work in Canada
Must be able to commute to Mississauga, Ontario
Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs.

Previous experience in parts, inventory, or material handling
Familiarity with inventory tracking systems

Wage: $18.00 per hour
