Merge is looking for a driven Partnerships Manager to…

  • Manage and support a portfolio of existing integration, technology, and API partners
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners after agreements are signed
  • Drive partner onboarding, enablement, and ongoing coordination
  • Work cross functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to execute partner initiatives
  • Support partner launches and go to market efforts including announcements, enablement materials, and campaigns
  • Track partner activity, performance, and progress against shared goals
  • Maintain partner documentation, updates, and internal reporting
  • Identify operational gaps or blockers and help drive resolution across teams
What You Will Do:
  • Support the execution of active partnerships by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and internal owners
  • Lead partner onboarding workflows including access setup, documentation sharing, and internal readiness
  • Act as the connective tissue between partners and internal teams to ensure initiatives move forward smoothly
  • Help plan and run partner launches, integrations, and ongoing programs from kickoff through follow up
  • Monitor partner progress and surface risks, dependencies, or delays early
  • Collect feedback from partners and internal teams to inform improvements to partnership processes
  • Create and maintain clear internal artifacts such as partner briefs, trackers, and status updates
  • Assist with reporting on partnership activity and outcomes to internal stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have: 
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, operations, project management, consulting, or a related role in a SaaS or technology company
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple partners and workstreams in parallel
  • Experience working cross functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders, including coordinating timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Comfort operating in a fast paced environment with evolving processes and shifting priorities
  • Interest in APIs, integrations, or developer focused products

Compensation

  • The cash compensation range for this role is $160,000 - $180,000
  • Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and certifications. In addition to cash compensation, all full time employees receive an equity compensation package
