Hadrius

Partnerships Manager

New York, US Full-time

About Hadrius

Hadrius automates and consolidates securities compliance for investment firms. To do this, we’re building the automated back office for financial firms, using AI to analyze millions of data points from emails to text messages, marketing copy, investment accounts, filings, and more to identify regulatory violations.

Today, over 300+ financial institutions managing $4T+ AUM rely on Hadrius to automate their regulatory compliance. We’re the fastest growing company in the space and the emerging category leader, going from our launch out of the YC W23 batch to $XMs+ ARR in under 24 months and haven’t slowed down since. We have a world-class team and product competing against legacy software that hasn’t innovated in decades, and are looking for exceptional people dedicated to our shared mission to join.

About the Role

Channel partnerships are one of our highest-impact growth levers, driving a significant portion of new business revenue last quarter alone. CCOs make decisions based on who they trust, their compliance consultant, their custodian, the peer they came up with, which makes partners the fastest path to scale beyond direct outbound. We have an early base of relationships, a clear thesis on the ecosystem, and a real opportunity for someone to own this from the ground up.

You’ll create and own a portfolio of channel partner relationships end-to-end, sourcing new ones, building further relationships with the ones we have and turning both into consistent, high-quality pipeline generation. The function is still being built from the ground up, so you’ll also help shape how we engage partners, and where we invest now and in the future.

This role is part of the Sales team and works daily with our Revenue, Marketing, and EPD teams.

What You’ll Own

  • Own quarterly revenue targets for the channel. Scope, build, and manage a portfolio of partner relationships with the goal of engaging net-new partners each quarter and increasing deal flow consistency from existing ones.
  • Drive step-change growth in the partner channel by identifying opportunities to scale efficiently, including leveraging AI and automation to increase output and improve performance.
  • Lead partner engagement through product education, market context, and co-developing how partners identify and position high-quality opportunities.
  • Maintain end-to-end visibility on partner-sourced deals, proactively identifying risks and stepping in at key moments to improve conversion outcomes.
  • Use data to guide investment decisions. Spot what’s working, what’s not, and adjust accordingly.
  • Translate partner and market feedback into actionable product direction, helping shape roadmap priorities and improve product-market fit.
  • Represent Hadrius within your partner ecosystem, building credibility through industry events, forums, and partner-led environments.

Who You Are

  • 3–6 years in partnerships, business development, sales, consulting, fintech, B2B SaaS, or related operator roles.
  • Commercially driven and comfortable owning hard numbers. You treat pipeline and revenue targets as personal commitments, not guidance.
  • A high-touch relationship builder who understands the patience that partnerships require and the discipline needed to stay top of mind across a broad portfolio.
  • Tech-savvy and product-curious. You can quickly translate complex product capabilities into clear, audience-specific value propositions.
  • AI-forward and always looking for ways to use new tools to work smarter, move faster, and increase impact.
  • A strategic thinker who can map complex partner ecosystems to clear, executable plans.
  • Highly collaborative, low ego, and coachable. You thrive in cross-functional environments and have strong stakeholder management instincts.
  • A builder at heart who is excited to help shape and grow a function at a fast-moving company.

Bonus:

  • Proven track record in a quota-carrying or commercially accountable role, ideally with responsibility for pipeline generation, partner activation, or revenue contribution.
  • Experience in high-growth or early-stage B2B SaaS or fintech
  • Background in financial services, wealth management, or RIA-adjacent ecosystems (custodians, wealthtech, broker-dealers, asset managers)
  • Understanding of compliance, regulatory operations, or finance systems is a plus.

Benefits

  • 401(k): 100% match up to 6%
  • Living Stipend: living stipend if south of Chambers Street ($18,000 annually)
  • Company Off-sites: Destination Airbnb company work retreats twice a year
  • Insurance: Healthcare, dental, vision, etc.
  • Unlimited PTO:
  • Dinner Credit
