Partnerships Manager

We’re looking for a Partnership Manager who can elevate Clarivate’s market impact through powerful, strategic alliances. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping high‑value partnerships that fuel our commercial growth and strengthen our competitive edge.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • 5+ years of relevant experience (partner management, distributor management, or channel operations within a commercial organization; sales background; administration; hands‑on experience with contract lifecycle management (review, interpretation, renewals, tracking)
  • Proficient level of English language
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

It would be great if you also have...

  • Background in admin/legal support, contract administration, or commercial governance.
  • Prior exposure to in‑ and out‑licensing, technology integrations, or channel enablement.
  • Experience working with teams in Asia Pacific (e.g., Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore).
  • Experience attending or supporting industry conferences related to partnerships or channel sales.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners to drive mutual success. 
  • Monitor partner services to ensure adherence to established service level agreements (SLAs). 
  • Finalize partnership agreement that benefit both the organization and its partners.  
  • Ensure partnerships align with the company’s business goals and portfolio strategy. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partnership initiatives and maximize impact. 
  • Assess partnership performance regularly and recommend improvements as needed to enhance effectiveness. 
  • Manage onboarding and set-up for all new partnership arrangements. 
  • Manage any escalations in the business relating to partnership SLA performance. 
  • Work collaboratively with the Senior Partnerships Managers to support their performance reviews and fee negotiations. 

About the Team

The team supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, supporting sellers and managers, providing help with sales opportunities, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations. Plays a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing timely and efficient support throughout the sales process.

Hours of Work

This is a permanent full-time position. The working hours would be EMEA working hours (10 am to 6 pm Serbian time, with flexibility).

This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
