Position Overview

The Design and Manufacturing Strategic Partnerships team at Autodesk plays a pivotal role in driving growth for the product design and manufacturing product portfolio through strategic external collaborations. The Partnerships Marketing Manager role has a dotted-line relationship to this team, which oversees the negotiation and relationship management with external partners. The Partnership Marketing Manager for Autodesk Design and Manufacturing will support our team by developing and executing marketing strategies with our strategic partners that generate demand, engage the community of Autodesk Fusion users, and uplevel the perception of Autodesk Fusion in the market. A successful Partnership Marketing Manager deeply understands the goals and priorities of their assigned partners, while aligning these efforts with our team’s overarching growth and marketing objectives. This role requires fostering meaningful internal and external relationships internally and externally. 

Responsibilities

  • Own and support the marketing relationships with assigned strategic partners to develop and implement creative and high-impact marketing campaigns that help all parties achieve their goals

  • Apply a win-win approach to the development of creative marketing tactics and strategies with strategic partners

  • Develop, manage, and communicate comprehensive partnership plans for assigned partners, ensuring their successful execution

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing tactics aligned with defined partnership strategies, including tradeshows, campaigns, communications, content, events, and more

  • Create, manage, and communicate partnership performance data and insights for assigned partners, ensuring alignment with strategic goals

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, business development, or partner engagement within a B2B software setting

  • Proven track record in campaign execution, project management, and/or partner relationship management

  • Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills. The ability to communicate and sell others on a vision is a must

  • Analytical, experimental mindset to conduct structured experiments/test hypotheses, identify relevant metrics to measure performance, and translate insights into action

  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with product design agencies, manufacturing environments, engineering firms, or other audiences relevant to the product design and manufacturing industry

  • Expertise in paid social media advertising

  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) and an aesthetic sense when creating marketing materials or presentations

  • Experience managing, attending, and marketing at trade shows, conferences, and open houses. Comfort with occasional travel (10-20%) for industry events and company meetings or events

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $87,400 and $150,810. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
