Work Location: West Kutai
This intermediate-level professional serves as the primary liaison between Compassion International and local partner organizations, playing a key role in strengthening local ownership and building the capacity and resources of partners to support children and youth within their communities.
The Partnership Facilitator develops and maintains relationships with partners characterized by mutual respect, trust, and collaboration. The role is responsible for managing partnership relationships through established partner management processes, supporting improved program outcomes, and promoting a holistic child development approach across all aspects of the partnership. This includes mobilizing internal and external resources to help partners achieve sustainable impact.
At this career level, the incumbent works independently on moderately complex issues, applies professional judgment, and contributes to continuous improvement of partnership effectiveness.

Qualifications
Indonesian citizen
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Social Sciences, Christian Ministry, Management or a related field
At least three years of experience in community development, partnership management, or relevant field
Prior experience working in West Kutai, East Kalimantan or other remote settings, and willingness to relocate with family, is essential
Bilingual with advanced proficiency in Business English (speaking and writing)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and comfortable with internet applications
Flexible with working hours when necessary
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated integrity, initiative, and adaptability
Skilled in program cycle management across areas such as WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), Education, Livelihood development, and grant management
Ability to develop and maintain networks for partnerships, strategic alliances and local resource mobilization
Knowledge and sensitivity to child protection issues is highly preferred
Demonstrates a strong passion and commitment to serving children and communities experiencing poverty and vulnerability, particularly in remote and resource-limited settings
Shows empathy, cultural sensitivity, and respect when working with diverse communities
Motivated by purpose-driven work that contributes to sustainable community development and child well-being
Candidates with strong relationship-building skills, an understanding of local culture, deep community ties, and fluency in local languages will be given special consideration
