About the Role
We are seeking a Partner Marketing Specialist to join our team to support our evolving Partner Program. This role focuses on partner marketing enablement, content development, and execution support, helping ensure our partners are equipped with consistent, high‑quality messaging, assets, and programs that drive engagement and success.
Working cross-functionally with internal teams, this role plays a key part in operationalizing partner marketing initiatives, maintaining content quality, and supporting go‑to‑market efforts. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and writer, detail‑oriented, analytically minded, and comfortable supporting multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced, global environment.
Responsibilities
Support the strategy and execution of partner-related marketing content
Develop and maintain internal enablement materials including guides, win wires and success stories
Review existing internal partner marketing and enablement content and update as needed to ensure accuracy and relevance
Create presentation materials, including enablement messaging, joint value propositions, and event-related content
Support partners go‑to‑market initiatives, including messaging, content development, and demand generation activities
Assist with the planning, coordination, tracking, and reporting of events, webinars, and sponsorships, including reviewing event‑related materials
Manage inbound partner marketing requests and assets, coordinating execution across teams
Partner closely with Product Marketing to align and deliver timely, relevant product communications for partners
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure brand alignment, messaging consistency, and quality standards
Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders to support ongoing partner engagement initiatives
Identify opportunities to optimize partner marketing processes, including the use of AI tools or automation to improve efficiency and outcomes
Support special projects and additional partner marketing initiatives as needed
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Strong written and verbal communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
2+ years marketing experience
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Fundamental AI literacy
Self-starter style and ability to drive outcomes
Willingness to work in a dynamic environment – willingness to work virtually
Demonstrated experience in supporting enablement programs and initiatives
Proven ability to identify and resolve roadblocks through strong collaboration and communication skills
Ability to establish and build close working relationships.
Team-oriented planner and decision-maker.
