Gen (Norton/Avast security brands) is seeking a high‑energy and competitive Partner Success Manager (Account Manager) who has a passion for growing and expanding our presence in our e‑tail partner channel.
In this role, you will use your experience in software and consumer electronics to:
Drive new e‑tail business and enhance current business
Secure premium placement for our products
Drive and manage cross‑category projects to develop our overall e‑tail footprint across Europe
You will create and execute compelling promotional opportunities to increase revenue and market share, and you will build relationships both internally and in our e‑tail channel to enhance customer experience for online business.
The team
Our team consistently outperforms its targets, partnering with one of the largest pan‑EU online retail players. We operate across multiple countries, driving growth for Gen’s leading consumer cyber safety and identity protection products.
We manage the full end‑to‑end relationship:
Negotiating ranging and commercials
Optimising onsite visibility and content
Becoming true experts on the partner’s vendor platform and tools
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and the partner’s teams to identify opportunities, launch new initiatives and turn insight into action. Because of the scale of the partner, the visibility across markets and the commercial impact of the portfolio, this is a high‑profile, highly sought‑after role within our European partner organisation.
Execute and build upon growth opportunities and GTM strategy
Develop new expansion areas – either new countries or new projects
Work with leadership, marketing and other stakeholders to drive projects forward
Overachieve on business KPIs and growth targets
Take an organised approach to implementation; build timelines and execute accordingly
Support customer experience flow optimisation to drive activated units
You bring strong communication, relationship-building and strategic thinking skills, enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, and are comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders while delivering on commitments. You’re commercially minded, detail‑oriented and able to work autonomously within a matrix organisation as part of a collaborative team.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications) is a plus, but equivalent hands-on experience in partner or account management is equally valued.
Experience in partner management (online retail preferred) in the consumer electronics sector
Experience in account management or a related discipline
Project management experience (preferred)
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse and solve problems quickly
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Strong work ethic with the ability to deliver on commitments
Demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple projects, tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
Attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple deliverables and respond well under pressure
Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce.com
Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office, including advanced use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Willingness to travel occasionally
Second language (English) in either full professional or native capacity is a must
High degree of initiative and autonomy within a matrix environment, as part of a collaborative team
Excellent communication and relationship‑management experience
