This role demands a seasoned leader with deep business acumen and technical savvy to fuse these worlds seamlessly. We are seeking a dynamic Partner Sales Executive to lead our channel growth across LATAM, driving strategic partnerships, expanding revenue, and most importantly, enabling customers to deliver exceptional service.
Partnering closely with Zendesk’s regional sales teams, you will own recruitment, enablement, and management of an expanding channel network across all market segments. Reporting to the Director of SSAC Partner Sales, you will collaborate with sales leadership to deliver strong regional revenue performance.
This is a quota-carrying leadership position suitable only for proven professionals with a solid track record in SaaS sales, channel development, and contact center markets. High-growth experience is essential.
Develop and implement an aggressive, regional go-to-market partner strategy leveraging existing programs while driving innovation across all market segments.
Identify, qualify, and onboard strategic partners that extend Zendesk’s reach into untapped markets across LATAM.
Collaborate deeply with sales teams across market segments to enable partners to accelerate deal wins and close revenue faster.
Partner with regional field and channel marketing teams to design partner-led campaigns, securing and measuring marketing ROI.
Serve as the senior liaison bridging partners and Zendesk sales teams, fostering market initiatives that drive incremental growth.
Evangelize partner capabilities internally, articulating partner value propositions to energize and align Zendesk sales teams.
Rigorously review pipeline and aggressively drive deal velocity with all involved parties.
Deliver consistent business performance measured by new bookings, expansions, and new customer acquisitions.
What You Have
3+ years of progressive, quota-carrying experience leading partner channel sales or business development in the technology sector.
History of success with SaaS or software companies, particularly within the LATAM region.
Deep experience working with resellers, consultancies, technology firms, and BPOs.
Executive-level presence with excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging C-suite and diverse audiences.
Strong commercial insight into customer value propositions and monetization strategies for Zendesk’s solutions and partner services.
Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments with a hands-on approach.
Willing and able to travel as required to meet with partners and clients.
Strong relationship-building skills with internal sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
Ability to effectively pitch partner programs and solutions to prospects and partners.
A collaborative mindset, contributing ideas and driving accountability to accelerate channel program growth.

Strategic understanding of partner ecosystems and their contribution to customer and Zendesk success across diverse markets.
Prior experience managing distributor relationships is highly advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal skills paired with a proactive ‘roll-up-your-sleeves’ approach.
Established industry networks enabling efficient partner recruitment.
Familiarity with digital and social marketing strategies targeted at channel engagement.
Experience in Customer Experience (CX) or CRM sectors is a plus.
Sophisticated channel management skills and confident communications.
A proven record as a quota-carrying sales leader with distinguished executive presence.

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
