You will be responsible for the following:

Project Management: Project and process owner of the international business group’s  entire onboarding process for international remittance and strategic partners – Covering the following key sales stages, as applicable:

  • Doc collection,
  • Pre - Production API Testing
  • Production Testing
  • Launch.

Documentation Management: Handle all necessary documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy, including contracts, technical specifications, compliance requirements, and operational guidelines.

Partner Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for international remittance partners during the onboarding process, providing guidance and support.

Technical Integration: Work closely with GCash’s technical team to facilitate meetings between API integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure partners meet technical requirements.

Security, Compliance and Regulation: Ensure all onboarding processes comply with local and international regulatory requirements and policies, coordinating with legal and compliance teams as well as conducting the Third Party Security assessment with the partner - working closely with the security team

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of onboarding activities and provide regular status reports to management and other stakeholders

Pre-Launch Operational Readiness: Ensure proper account turn over to the account manager assigned. This will include:

  • Seller readiness through proper coordination and endorsement to the learning and development team for seller training and development prior Go-Live and account turnover
  • Ensure seller operational readiness through proper onboarding/endorsement of the account to all necessary internal stakeholders (CXM, Support, Finance etc.) prior Go - Live
  • Coordinate with the account manager pre-launch marketing and trade assets
