We’re hiring for a Marketing Science Business Partner as part of dentsu in London, Leeds, Manchester OR Stafford.

Purpose of the Role

As a Marketing Science Business Partner, you will be a key contributor in delivering evidence-based marketing insights and solutions. You’ll partner with client and agency teams to embed measurement, analytics, and data-driven recommendations into planning and execution—helping clients achieve commercial impact through actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Partnership & Delivery- Support senior advisors in delivering Marketing Science solutions for a portfolio of accounts and contribute to quarterly and annual planning cycles with data-driven recommendations.
  • Project Execution - Translate modelling, tests, and audience data into clear, actionable insights for marketers and media teams and coordinate with specialists (effectiveness, audience intelligence, data visualisation) to deliver high-quality work on time and on brief.
  • Pitch & Proposal Support – Contribute to new business pitches and renewals by providing analytics input, proof points, ad supporting the measurement narrative as well as identifying opportunities for incremental value across effectiveness, audience and data solutions.
  • Advocacy & Enablement – Help develop case studies, playbooks and training materials to upskill client and agency teams.
  • Value Tracking -Support the definition of success metrics and contribute to reporting on business impact and value delivered.
  • Client-focused, curious, and proactive; able to turn data into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborative, able to influence across teams without formal authority.

Qualifications + Skills

  • Experience in marketing analytics or data-driven consulting (agency or client-side), supporting senior marketers in decision-making.
  • Strong communicator and presenter, comfortable in client-facing settings.
  • Breadth across:
    • Marketing effectiveness (MMM, experimentation, forecasting)
    • Audience insight & activation (research, first-party data strategies)
    • Data storytelling & visualisation (dashboards, executive narratives)
  • Commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in media/agency environments and multi-disciplinary teams.
