As the To-Partner Marketing Program Manager, you are the operational backbone of the Partner Marketing team. You will work at the intersection of marketing and partner sales to deliver high-impact programs that empower our ecosystem. We are looking for a highly collaborative, detail-oriented professional who thrives on innovation, "ruthless prioritization," and driving excellence from conception to execution.
As a Partner Marketing Program Manager, you will:
Drive Operational Excellence: Act as the primary operational partner for the global team, supporting the execution of regional strategies including global Partner Days, Partner Kickoff (PKO), and partner and sponsor engagement for our flagship EVOLVE event series.
Distill Complex Value: Work closely with global channel and alliance sales, product marketing, cross-functional marketing org, and technical teams to distill product and program benefits into impactful, partner-focused communications.
Orchestrate Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Field Marketing, Demand Gen, and Marketing Ops to support your strategy, and improve process efficiency, and global execution.
Lead To-Partner Communications: Own the end-to-end strategy for 1:Many communications, and design and deliver across multi-channel - email newsletters, social media channels, blogs, the partner portal, the web, and the burgeoning Partner Video Program, ensuring consistency and alignment.
Curate Impactful Content: Create and manage content that informs, inspires and drives engagement across our partner ecosystem. Drive a content-driven approach that supports partner enablement and internal awareness.
Manage the Ecosystem Narrative: Develop tailored communication programs for a diverse global audience, including AI ecosystem partners, cloud providers, VARs, GSIs, and ISVs.
Optimize Content Standards: Ensure that all content aligns with best practices for engagement, segmentation, and deliverability for each specific channel.
Maintain the Source of Truth: Manage the global partner communications calendar and maintain master documentation to ensure cross-team visibility and consistency.
Align Corporate Messaging: Partner with the Corporate Communications team and external agencies to align partner communications with broader corporate strategies and messaging.
Measure and Analyze Impact: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess the effectiveness of campaigns to continuously improve and achieve results.

We are excited about you if:
Industry Expertise: 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing within a channel or partner ecosystem.
Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal skills with a knack for crafting compelling copy across email, social, blogs, and partner portals.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with marketing and project tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Asana, Jira, and Google Workspace. Familiarity with Canva or Smartsheet is a plus.
Operational Mindset: A master of organization with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to manage vendor and agency relationships effectively.
Strategic Execution: Proven ability to lead projects through influence, managing budgets and funding processes with transparency.
Education: BA/BS degree required (Marketing or related field preferred).
Flexibility: Ability to travel 10-20% as needed to support major events.
You may also have:
Experience in both high-growth startups and large enterprise environments.
Proficiency in additional languages beyond English.
Familiarity with open-source communities or the Big Data/AI landscape.
