WHY WE NEED YOU ?
Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Marketing & Communication team to support the expansion of our partner marketing initiatives and increase the visibility and impact of our partner ecosystem.
Your mission will be to support the Partner Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing initiatives with our partners in order to drive lead generation, strengthen partner engagement, and contribute to the growth of the Scaleway partner program.

You will be part of a team of 8 people within the Marketing & Communication department, composed of specialists in communication, content, field marketing, and partner marketing.
The team works closely with internal sales teams and technology partners to build impactful campaigns and initiatives.
With the growth of our partner program, partner marketing is becoming a strategic pillar, and you will play a key role in supporting campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives developed with our ecosystem of partners.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
Tasks
â—Ź Participate in the design and execution of co-marketing campaigns with partners (emails, content, webinars, etc.)
â—Ź Support the planning and coordination of partner events such as conferences, trade shows, meetups, and webinars
â—Ź Contribute to the creation of partner marketing assets (communication kits, presentations, customer testimonials)
â—Ź Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between business goals and marketing initiatives
â—Ź Track and analyze the performance of partner campaigns using CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
â—Ź Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking of partner marketing best practices
â—Ź Support the coordination and communication with partners involved in marketing initiatives
â—Ź Help improve processes, documentation, and collaboration within the partner marketing program
ABOUT YOU
HARD SKILLS
● Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Marketing, Business, or a related field
â—Ź First experience in B2B marketing, partnership marketing, or event organization (internship or apprenticeship)
â—Ź Strong interest in B2B marketing and technology partnerships
â—Ź Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
â—Ź Professional written and verbal communication in French and English
