Job Description
As Partner Manager, Information Software, you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding and partnering with Information Software and IT System Integrators (SIs), Global Consultants and Advisors who advise and implement digitization and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) solutions in manufacturing and other industrial environments. You will have responsibility for a number of Information Software partners in their designated region. You will handle responsibility to achieve revenue growth targets through their focus partners, to act as a conduit between the company and the assigned partners and to work diligently and collaboratively to develop and grow these partnerships into high-performing revenue engines for both parties.
You will report to the REGIONAL MANAGER AP, INFORMATION SOFTWARE PARTNERS and have a hybrid schedule working across any of Rockwell's major presence in India.
Your Responsibilities:
• You will provide partner recruiting, enablement and management guidance in assigned territory.
• You will handle performance management of assigned partner relationships with agreed goals, targets and business reviews.
• You will work with partners to ensure data integrity and visibility around deal lifecycle from registration through to revenue tracking.
• You will establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
• You will coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
• You will meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
• You will lead joint partner planning processes that develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
• You will lead the partner performance review process to ensure performance is in line with annual objectives and targets and to identify corrective actions where necessary
• You will proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
• You will drive mutually beneficial marketing initiatives to promote market awareness and create opportunities
• You will manage potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
• You will lead solution development efforts that best address end user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
• You will closely coordinate company executive involvement with partner and end-user customer management as appropriate.
• You will work closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
• You will advise on partner compliance with partner agreements.
• You will drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
1. 12+ years of experience in sales roles and at least 4 years in partner management.
2. A solid understanding of manufacturing and key success metrics, as the role requires the ability to demonstrate the ROI of any proposed solution.
3. Be willing to travel, with the role expected to involve over 40% travel time.
4. Hold a tertiary qualification or possess equivalent on-the-job experience.

• Represent the Regional Information Software partner management team in the assigned territory.
• Demonstrate strong team ethic both locally and as part of the Regional Information Software Partner team.
• Close collaboration with local leadership team and supporting functions to align with local strategy.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on company, technology solutions and programs.
• Provide input to global and regional Information Software Strategy.
