This role is responsible for establishing, scaling, and commercializing Workday’s partner ecosystem across the Middle East. Based in-region, you will build and execute partner strategy, driving ecosystem development, partner readiness, joint revenue growth and ensuring our partners meet their pipeline and revenue contribution targets.
This requires strong business acumen, C-level presence, an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach across all partner types - GSIs/SIs, Advisory, Sales, CSP, and Innovation partners, and high adaptability at building effective working relationships across both Workday and partner organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and scale the partner ecosystem across the Middle East, identifying, onboarding, and activating partners aligned to regional needs
Co-design and execute the resell channel strategy to support sales into markets beyond Dubai and the UAE
Ensure partner sales teams are fully enabled on Workday's latest offerings and GTM strategies, increasing presentation rates and solution influence within joint accounts.
Drive joint go-to-market planning with partners to increase presentation rates and meet sourcing and influencing targets,
Drive partner readiness and capability-building, ensuring delivery excellence across industries and market segments,
Work closely with partners and the Workday sales team to execute joint prospecting, opportunity identification, and pipeline development activities to meet specific sourced and influenced ACV targets and to maximize co-sell execution,
Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs), define shared KPIs, and manage partner performance, including pipeline development, partner-sourced revenue, and consumption growth, ensuring operational rigor in governance
Work with Field Marketing and Partner Marketing to support and execute on Partners’ regional GTM campaigns, events, and thought leadership activities.

Basic Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, or Sales/Channel Management.
Proven working knowledge and experience with the UAE and the broader Middle East region and regional partner dynamics.
Proven ability to create and execute complex, multi-faceted partner strategies (GSI/SI, Advisory, ISV) from start to finish in a high-growth market.
Demonstrable experience engaging, challenging, and persuading C-suite executives with excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
Fluent in English and Arabic is an advantage.
Highly results-driven, self-starter mentality with a proven ability to operate independently and drive operational rigor.
Ability to travel locally and regionally as required.
Other Qualifications
Strong financial acumen and understanding of business case development, aligning partner investments with joint ROI.
Good understanding of HCM and/or Financial Management business processes.
Collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Services, Marketing, and Product teams to achieve a shared outcome.
