This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

Responsible for different operational activities and projects covering the End-To-End Partner Support Domain, as well as Deployment of HPE branded services via partners. To ensure and support partners to always deliver “best in class” service to HPE’s customers, as per the Ops Guide(s) definitions and the HPE defined criteria and quality standards. Executing various tasks related to HPE partners. S/he is also responsible for performing general operation support tasks required in the organization.

How you will make your mark:

  • Fully understanding the strategic business aspect of the Partner Delivery Support (PDS)

  • Being the main contact for task and project related matters for HPE partners

  • Performing various administrative and operational tasks as per requirements

  • Respond to Partner queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat

  • Works with Partner to identify the problem statement

  • Prioritization of the workload to ensure the most critical issues are resolved first

  • Follow up with Partners within appropriate service level agreement (SLA)

  • Handles on time complex situations 

  • Manages multiple tasks or cases simultaneously with minimal supervision 

  • Escalating topics/issues to respective teams

  • Communicate effectively with team members

  • Achieves personal goals assigned by the direct manager

  • Works together with other team members and meeting required team KPI’s

  • Meets the deadlines

  • All other legally permissible tasks requested by the line manager

  • Participates in projects for process or quality improvements

  • Be compliant with all internal policies, rules and procedures and ensures performance as per all work instructions and/or orders (written and oral), legally assigned to him/her by his/her direct manager, by officials acting for the direct manager or by any manager of a hierarchical level higher than the direct manager 

  • Encourages outstanding team morale and maintains highest ethical standards

  • Strictly follows the procedures, the policies, and Standards of Business Conduct of the company 

About you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or equivalent experience

  • 1-2 years of experience or a similar position

  • Previous experience with partners is an advantage

  • Fluent in written and verbal English

  • Additional language is an advantage (German, French, Turkish)

  • Analytical skills and a consultative approach to operational and change management

  • Commercial awareness and general business acumen

  • Strong planning and organizing skills

  • Proactive team player with ability to work to deadlines and under pressure when needed

  • Ability to operate effectively within a virtual (cross-cultural) team

  • Basic project management skills

  • MS Office

  • HPE specific tools
