Description -
As a Partner Business Manager (PBM) for Managed Print Services, you’ll be at the heart of HP’s relationships with key partners. Acting as the central point of contact, the PBM leads joint business planning, quarterly reviews, and pipeline management to drive mutual growth and profitability. Your work will be all about collaboration, growth, and making sure HP is the partner of choice.
Core Responsibilities
Build and sustain relationships at all levels within partner organizations.
Serve as the trusted advisor and single contact for partners.
Lead and coordinate virtual teams to ensure business plan execution.
Identify and capitalize on market opportunities using data analytics.
Develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives.
Organize training programs to enhance partner capabilities.
Oversee pipeline management and support opportunity development.
Facilitate cooperation between partner customers and HP sales teams.
Champion the adoption of HP sales tools and best practices.
Drive the joint business planning process, including long-term and quarterly plans.
Monitor competitive landscape and adapt strategies to maintain market leadership.
Enhance partner profitability through HP’s Amplify Partner Program.
Deliver reliable sales forecasts and business reporting.
How You’ll Work?
Reporting to the Commercial Channel Manager, the PBM works closely with category managers, sales teams, marketing, operations, and subject matter experts to achieve business objectives.
What We’re Looking For?
Bachelor’s or university degree.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
At least 7 years’ experience in commercial roles within multinational companies.
Demonstrated expertise in business development and relationship management.
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
Positive energy, proactive attitude, and a growth mindset.
Industry experience is a bonus.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
