Description -
We are seeking a dynamic Partner Business Manager (PBM) to join our Commercial Channel team. The PBM will be responsible for developing and growing business with an assigned portfolio of top B2B channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned partners, serving as the central point of contact for their management and sales teams regarding all HP related business.
Motivate and drive the partner’s sales force, acting as their virtual sales team.
Conduct training sessions for partners on the latest products, services, and industry trends, empowering them to effectively represent these to their clients.
Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding the synergies between our portfolio and the partner’s business model, value-add solutions and services.
Drive the joint business plan, quarterly activity plan, and opportunity pipeline to maximize our Share of Wallet (SoW) and achieve channel sales targets.
Collaborate effectively with cross-team colleagues, including end-user account managers.
Build a thorough knowledge of our organization, key programs, business tools, and processes to ensure operational excellence and disciplined follow-up.
Develop and execute a business plan for the upcoming year to grow our market share.
Education and Experience:
University or Bachelor's degree or similar.
Typically 3 -10 years of experience in sales or account management.
Preferably knowledgeable in IT solutions.
Experience in selling to reselling partners in a complex environment.
Skills and Competencies:
Fluent in Finnish and English. Swedish a merit.
Eager to learn about our products, services, and solutions, and capable of storytelling about them.
Excellent communicator with the ability to establish strong working relationships at all hierarchy levels.
Structured work approach with disciplined follow-up.
Effective internal and external networking skills.
Thorough understanding of business planning and pipeline management discipline.
