The HP Large Format Printing Partner Business Manager Germany (“PBM”) is part of the HP Large Format Printing Channel Sales Team for the DACH-Region and in charge of the HP Etail/e-Commerce partners (= e-Commerce Channel Lead for Germany) and certified HP DesignJets & HP PageWide XL specialist channel partners.
The Etail/e-Commerce segment has seen very significant acceleration in the recent years and is expected to remain one of the key growth engines, especially for the entry-level segment of the HP Large Format Printing product portfolio.
The position reports to the HP Large Format Printing Sales Manager for the DACH-Region and will have full sales responsibility on the assigned sales territory for HP DesignJets & PageWide XL product solutions (channel partners & end-customers).
The PBM will closely work together with the HP Channel Sales Team, HP wholesalers and HP Enterprise Account Executives.
Internal key contacts will be with the HP Large Format Printing Sales Team, HP Large Format Printing Category, HP Marketing, HP Technical Pre-Sales Consultants as well as the central HP Large Format Printing team in Barcelona.
Responsibilities:
Sales accountability & responsibility for assigned
HP Etail and e-Commerce channel partners. Act as e-Commerce Channel lead for Germany.
HP Large Format Printing specialist channel partners &
assigned end-customer sales territory for HP DesignJets (and HP PageWide XL products) hardware, services, supplies and software solutions.
Target driven sales management (revenue, sellout, market share), defining corrective actions to meet and overachieving sales quota within given flexibility.
Develop and execute joint business plans with assigned HP channel partners, focusing on revenue goals, category/portfolio growth, and profitability.
Grow HP Etail/e-Commerce business (HP Designjet entry-level product portfolio), guide online resellers on their Etail transformation.
Marketing planning and execution with HP certified Large Format Printing channel partners within given HP marketing development funds flexibility (MDF).
Business management including precise forecasting, funnel management.
Manage and monitor HP channel partner’s sales + service certifications.
Education and Experience Required:
University or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
8+ years of experience in channel management, partner management, e-Commerce sales, and/or category management.
Proven track record in managing Etail/e-Commerce channel partners and delivering revenue growth.
Selling experience within Large Format printing industry and/or similar value product category.
Strong analytical skills with experience using sales, pricing, and digital shelf analytics.
Understanding of digital marketing levers: SEO/SEM, paid media, product content optimization, CRM, traffic drivers.
Track-record on strong business acumen, result & performance driven sales execution and project management experience.
Languages: German and business fluent English

Basic knowledge of forecasting, availability management, and replenishment processes.
Understanding of logistics models (direct fulfillment, drop-ship, vendor-managed inventory).

Knowledge of product content requirements (images, attributes, descriptions, etc.)
Understanding of brand positioning and how it is translated onto partner platforms.
Awareness of SEO strategies for product detail pages.
