Oly is McMillan Shakespeare’s (30 yr old ASX listed financial services organisation) newest and most exciting brand, we have been first to market with a new offering to enable all car owners in Australia to apply for a car lease via Oly through their workplace.

Here’s how you will make a difference in this role…

Oly is growing fast, and we’re looking for a motivated Partnership Associate to strengthen relationships, boost lead generation, and support our dealer and original equipment manufacturers (OEM) partners in Sydney.

The purpose of the Partner Associate (Account Manager) is to work closely with our partners to educate key contacts on how to sell our Oly novated leases and assist our resellers on how to execute our digital strategies.

You will establish strong relationships with your key contacts in Sydney to form long term strategic alliances, provide exceptional service to our partners, facilitate onsite education presentations and identify future opportunities for increased lead generation and novated leasing growth.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, OEMs, and strategic partners
  • Deliver engaging training sessions and promote Oly’s digital tools
  • Drive lead generation and partner engagement across your territory
  • Report on performance and help improve systems, processes, and partner outcomes
  • Support strategic initiatives that position Oly as a market leader

You Will Bring:

  • Highly developed Account Management/Relationship building experience managing a portfolio of accounts
  • A track record of achieving sales targets
  • Be driven to provide customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge and experience managing workflows and recording notes in CRM/ERM systems and digital sales tools
  • Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • A track record of meeting targets and building strong partnerships
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
