Partner Account Manager
Locations: Singapore or Malaysia
The Partner Account Manager will strengthen and grow the Genesys partner ecosystem in Southeast Asia by developing high impact relationships and driving partner led revenue.
This role supports partners across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia with a focus on strategic planning, operational excellence, and go to market execution.

The primary responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to).
Develop and Nurture Partner Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners in Singapore, Indonesia & Malaysia, focusing on operational excellence and strategic growth.
Strategies Partner Business Development: Craft and execute partner business strategies to scale Genesys solutions and capabilities through our SINGAPORE, INDONESIA & MALAYSIA partner network.
Provide Operational Support: Ensure partners have the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to effectively market and sell Genesys solutions.
Collaborate on Business Plans: Work with partners to develop detailed business plans, including operational processes, sales targets, and go-to-market strategies.
Work closely with internal sales leadership and ensue alignment of GTM strategies.
Streamline Onboarding and Training: Coordinate with internal teams to optimize partner onboarding, training, and enablement, fostering a high-performance partner ecosystem.
Monitor Performance Metrics: Track and manage partner performance metrics, driving continuous improvement in sales and operational efficiency.
Integrate Partner Feedback: Facilitate the integration of partner feedback into product development and business processes to meet partner needs and deliver value.
Manage Partnership Agreements: Negotiate and oversee partnership agreements, focusing on operational clauses that ensure smooth cooperation and mutual growth.
Lead Operational Reviews: Organize and conduct regular operational reviews with partners to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and align on future objectives.

You’ve been there and done this…
Proven background in partner management, operations, or business development, especially within the SaaS or cloud-based solutions sector.
Proven experience communicating, negotiating, and closing with executives and stakeholders
Proven experience understanding customer and partner needs and being able to articulate solutions.
Demonstrable ability to lead a complex sales cycle, with a track record of successful revenue attainment.
6-8 years of sales experience (Cloud or SaaS based software sales preferred)
BS or BA degree or equivalent work-related work experience
Ability to travel up to 30%.
Ability to speak and present in Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Indonesia will be beneficial.
