We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent Acquisition team at Marsh Portugal. This role will be a Part Time role based in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be a key partner to hiring managers, managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract and secure top talent. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to deliver effective hiring solutions that support business growth and enhance the candidate experience.
We will count on you to:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, direct sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Manage and coordinate end to end our Early Career events (University fairs, etc)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Deliver appropriate training for Hiring Managers on TA.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
- Provide market insights and intelligence to support hiring decisions.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in our ATS (Workday), CRM (Phenom) and other systems.
What you need to have:
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition consulting, including direct sourcing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
