Job Description:
Job Duties:
Front Desk Coverage - Assisting and responding to questions from the general public, students, faculty, and staff, answering phones.
Student Support – Assists with accessing student accounts through WorkDay and administering Accuplacer for prospective students, scheduling advising appointments, assisting with student IDs, and parking passes.
Faculty Support – Assist evening faculty with IT issues, classroom problems, respond to questions from faculty, and create support tickets.
Data Entry & Building Monitoring – Enter all parking permit data into appropriate databases, troubleshoot food service equipment issues, and track service appointments.
Work Hours: This position is located at the Aims Fort Lupton Campus. Scheduled hours are typically 3:00pm - 8:00pm Monday through Thursday and 8am - 5pm on Fridays. Summer hours may be different.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Experience using generic office technology
Attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a front office setting
Bilingual in English/Spanish
