Position: Warehouse Associate – Part Time Seasonal
Available Shift - 7 am to 11 am
Hourly Rate - $16.50
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Expertise/Functional:
1. Demonstrate proficiency and effectiveness in functions of WA – Level II, including setup kits/returns, customer order shipping and manifesting Advanced Scanner functions, Line reset/inventory control activities.
2. Consistently meet minimum required production, accuracy, and quality standards for all work performed.
3. Follow all safety policies, processes, and procedures at all times.
4. Ensure work area is neat, clean, safe, and organized at all times.
5. May operate motorized pallet jacks upon successful completion of the SBF powered equipment program.
6. At any time may perform other duties or tasks associated with other position descriptions as part of individual and team development.
Effectiveness:
1. Dependability & Reliability
• Is reliable and dependable in fulfilling obligations.
• Demonstrates regular and punctual attendance in accordance with SBF policy.
• Responsible for proper handling of product at all times.
2. Planning & Organizing
• Plans and prioritizes work to manage time effectively and accomplish assigned tasks.
• Recording details of all work tasks performed accurately and completely.

• Demonstrates appropriate use of tools and technology to complete work functions according to process and procedures.
4. Independent Initiative
• Ability to recognize, problem solve, and respond to issues per operational standards.
• Share knowledge by training and mentoring peers on operations tasks.
Interpersonal:
1. Maintain a professional and positive relationship with all co-workers and customers.
2. Maintain compliance with drug and alcohol-free policy.
QUALIFICATIONS

1. Demonstrate proficiency and effectiveness in functions of WA – Level I.
2. High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred.
3. Strong team player and the ability to get along with co-workers.
4. Good verbal/written communication skills, basic math skills, and ability to read documents in English, such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
5. Basic experience and familiarity with the fundamental capabilities of computers and communications systems.
