Position Description:

Part Time Lecturer:  School of Public Health and Information Science – Epidemiology & Population Health

The Department of Epidemiology and Population Health is searching for a part-time temporary lecturer to teach PHEP 622 Population Pathology, (Online, 3 credit hours), in Fall 2026.  This is a fully asynchronous online course to be delivered over a 14-week period.

Minimum Requirement: Doctoral degree in Epidemiology.  Prior online teaching experience preferred.

PHEP 622 Population Pathology (on-line) Course Description: This course introduces students to the physiologic measures and biomarkers that are used by public health researchers and practitioners to assess the health status of populations.

Course Prerequisite: Enrollment in the Public Health Sciences PhD program with specialization in Epidemiology.

Course Schedule: Asynchronous online with weekly contact, August 17 through November 30, 2026.
