Job Description:
Job Duties:
Report to work punctually and adhere to the agreed-upon work schedule, timeliness of work hour entries.
Communicate with the College for Kids Coordinator and accompanying staff members efficiently and effectively throughout the program via verbal communication, phone call, or email.
Responsible for student safety throughout the program, including the completion of Mandatory Reporter Training and other best practices.
Responsible for the creation of the course curriculum, which includes clear learning objectives aligning with C4K’s overall program objectives.
Create and deliver daily lesson plans with daily supply needs to the C4K Coordinator prior to the start of the program.
Demonstrate a sensitivity toward and respect for the myriad of diversities represented in the College for Kids program.
Work with colleagues to select appropriate textbooks and course materials while abiding by program decisions for said materials.
Maintain student attendance records and roster(s).
Participate in the necessary training and mandatory in-person orientation for College for Kids.
