Overview /Objective:

Position will be primarily graphics asset management. It will also involve occasionally scanning/cleaning images for use in our shows. It requires a detail-oriented person with meticulous organizational skills and a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere.

Responsibilities:

Technical review for correct format, codec, image size based on use or venue
Confirm naming and version number of graphic elements
Media Management of graphic elements and assets
Manage file uploads and downloads, file distribution, and fulfillment of finished work, works in progress, source content, or any content required in the creation of graphics
Manage the archive and retrieval of graphic media across multiples tiers of storage as required
Liaison between the graphics department and all internal departments and external vendors regarding the status of the job, assets, deadlines, technical specs

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in coordination/project management.
Basic understanding of Graphics Production or Post Production experience.
A working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After-Effects, Premiere)

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of equivalent experience
Knowledge of image scanning and cleanup
Knowledge of Cinema 4D is a plus
