About the role

We are seeking a curious and proactive person to join If as a part-time Executive AI Enablement Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with executives to explore, implement, and manage use of AI tools and agents that improve productivity and automate day-to-day work in our leadership teams in Nordic Claims Unit.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the forefront of AI in business - ideal for students studying in technology or business. You will work closely to the Head of Claims and Nordic Claims management team, but the position will also require close collaboration with our AI Centre of Excellence and other stakeholders such as Legal, HR and IT operations.

About the team

Nordic Claims unit in If is in the core of our insurance operations. Everyday, our 2.500 employees take care of thousands of claims with aim of Helping a Lot. The Nordic Claims management team is responsible for building and developing our claims operations and managing the claims cost development while ensuring that we deliver customer value by fulfilling the promises we have made to our customers​.

Who are you?

You are a senior university student (final or second-to-last year), who enjoys exploring how emerging technologies can create business value. You are curious and analytical, with the ability to structure problems, evaluate opportunities, and turn insights into actions. You are a good communicator and comfortable in collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups. You combine technical curiosity with a practical approach to driving adoption of AI tools.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • AI-Powered Executive Support: Assist in automating tasks like scheduling, meeting prep, summaries, and follow-ups. Create AI-generated reports, briefings, and insights

  • Build & Experiment with AI Tools: Design simple AI agents and workflows for real business use cases. Test tools and agents that have been developed, with aim to scale them wider in the unit

  • Workflow Automation: Help streamline repetitive tasks across emails, meeting scheduling, documents, and internal systems with the use of currently available AI tools. Support connecting tools into efficient workflows and data

  • Documentation & Training: Create simple guides and prompts for using AI tools. Help onboard new persons to use AI in their daily work

You also have  

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and some AI tools (MS Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) plus ability to learn new tools quickly

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Employment Type: Part-time (10–15 hours/week).
