JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Penn State Altoona Dance Program is hiring a part-time dance instructor with experience in teaching any of the following: Dance Appreciation (Dance 100), Hip Hop (Dance 225), Ballet (Dance 230) Jazz (Dance 240), Modern (Dance 260), Tap (Dance 250), Introduction to Bartenieff Fundamentals (Dance 270).\

The Dance instructor we seek will present a strong record of teaching for all levels of dancers. A Master’s degree is preferred, Bachelor’s degree required.

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR).
