Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for Part-Time Bilingual Guest Experience Staff at NRG Park in Houston, Texas. NRG Park is a premier sports and entertainment destination, featuring four major venues with one park: NRG Center (one million+ sq. ft. Convention Center), NRG Stadium (home of the Houston Texans and The Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo), NRG Arena, and the historic NRG Astrodome.
We are seeking customer-focused, bilingual individuals to join our Guest Experience team. Under general supervision, the Bilingual Guest Experience Staff provide front-line guest service support during events and day-to-day operations. Duties may vary by facility and event. Staff act as a liaison between the facility and guests, ensuring guest needs are addressed while adhering to facility policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Essential duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Work Guest Experience booth during events, assisting guests with directions, event information, item checks, and ticket relocation.
Assist with resolving guest issues and complaints professionally and empathetically, escalating to a supervisor when appropriate.
Creating a welcoming, inclusive, and accessible experience for all guests.
Walk inside and outside the venue while holding “lollipop” signs displaying “Can I Help You?” in employee’s designated language(s).
Assist international guests with wayfinding and general questions.
Provide guest and event information while stationed outdoors or at information chairs.
Provide accommodations and assistance to guests, including individuals using wheelchairs, senior citizens, students and groups.
Assist with hospitality services as needed.
Serve as tour guide, providing general information and assistance to visitors and patrons.
Serve as a tram guide, giving information to guests riding NRG Park trams in parking areas.
During non-event operations, serve as an ambassador of NRG Park to guests, contractors and staff.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
High School diploma or GED required, plus one (1) to three (3) months of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills and Abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing situations.
Computer Skills
Proficiency with standard office equipment and personal computers, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows operating systems.
Other Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency required to effectively communicate with international guests; language(s) must be identified on the resume.
Valid driver’s license preferred, with the ability to operate a motor vehicle as required by the position.

Ability to safely assist and transport mobility‑impaired guests using wheelchairs as needed.
