What you’ll be doing:
Carrying out general administration duties
Preparation and delivery of Briefing folders for Assessors
Producing accommodation list for all candidates and notify of early arrivals
Meeting and greeting candidates, obtaining personal documents and uploading to inhouse database
Supporting the management of candidates during selection events
Producing letters to candidates and chasing any outstanding documents
Obtain and collate feedback from candidates attending events
Essential qualification/skills/experience
Previous administration experience
Must have strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a team and independently
Competent using Microsoft Word and Excel and adaptable to inhouse databases
Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workloads
Clear and confident communication skills, both face to face and over the telephone
